81In this video, I show the Traffic Car Modifier.
PLEASE NOTE! The game will freeze of you change the car value past 4. Here is a example: 800D2496 0507 This will freeze the game since the last 4 digits of the code where you change the car has past 4. 800D2496 0407 This will not freeze the game. The frame value can be changed from 0 to A. So it will not freeze the game.
This cheat was tested on the NTSC v1.1 greatest hits of the game.
This cheat was found on the ps1 console and was tested using CEP cheater on PSXFin 1.13.
You will need to restart from the pause menu for this to work from what i have tried.
To drive the normal Havana mini bus, Change the value from 000Y to 040Y
To drive the normal chicago bus, Change the value from 000Y to 040Y
As far as the rest of the cars, You will have to mess around with the cheat code to get the normal colors back. I tried everything trying to get the normal police car colors to work, But the only method that works for now is the CPU glitch as shown at the end of the video. Though you might get lucky if you change the codes around enough.
