Drunk Monks | Ale Abbey (Monk Beer Brewing Game - Demo)
350Ale Abbey is a wonderful game about some Monks and Nuns who just love to brew beer! They're in their monastery and they make some extra coin by producing delicious beverages for people to enjoy.
We take over at the formation of Ale Abbey and we follow the instructions of a Bishop who's been sent to help us. We add tables and books into our library, we build a dormitory for people to sleep in, a dining room is added so people can enjoy a humble meal.
And of course there's a brewery where we brew beer! Now initially I didn't understand how the beer brewing bit worked, so our first beer is... well it's not really beer, it's just water, but we get better and we're soon brewing nice beers with great names!
As we brew we have to choose how much of each ingredient to add to craft our beer. The hops are good for flavour, the malt is good for colour, the yeast is good for the foam on top, but can we get the balance right?
Also we recruit people, we have to deal with a potentially troublesome brigand in an amazing hat and there are plants, so that's wonderful.
