**IMPORTANT**
This is done on the first patch of the game. Because of how niche this is (and after reading patch notes), its unlikely to have been patched out.

For newer routes making use of Fafnir, maintaining a high soul count is crucial for damage output. To keep your souls after Force Respawning (often the fastest way to return to a Vulgrim) do the following:

- Do a regular quitout to the main menu, hit continue (you can mash confirm for this)
- As soon as the loading screen is over and you return to the game, immediately pause then force respawn

Thats it, pretty simple. This spawns you and your soul cloud at the last Vulgrim you were at.
