Recently was contacted by a customer about a DSi they had, it is having problems once you get to the settings menu, you can use touch to get there, but, once in the settings menu, they are unable to move around.
By Pressing and holding "L , R, Select and Start" then gently pressing the power button, you are taken to the touch screen calibration screen.

Hopefully this will help out a few people.
