What is this:
People assumed the Duke Nukem Forever level editor was missing from the PC game, when in fact the DNF 2011 editor was released with the actual game, but the front end
was missing, and the logic to properly start up the editor was also missing. This project fixes that.

Whats New:
We have enabled the UnrealScript compiler in DNF 2011, we have created a new UnrealScript package using the UnrealScript compiler in DNF 2011, the package is called dnModIce.u, and it contains a new actor called Justin which dervives from the AssaultTrooper Captian, and assigns the devestator projector to the asset.
