In 2002, we were still waiting for Duke Nukem Forever with a twinkle of hope in our eyes, and while we wouldn't see the game for another 9 years, Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project proved to be a worthy successor to the series, tying the old fast-paced scroller action to the raunchier, r-rated themes of Duke Nukem 3D. It's a good time! Just not a particularly wholesome one.

God, I love this game.
