The main reason I did these dungeons was more for the pet tokens than the boosts. Since you can only do it once per day it takes 10 days in order to get a pet egg. The eggs can be acquired in the main town in exchange for 10 tokens and then you simply hatch the egg by right clicking it to equip it in one of 3 pet slots.
