Some Notes from our DM:
Hello everyone.
The current era is a time past the wars and wonders of old. Beastly monstrosities that use to ravage freely have retreated to dark havens and dungeons. Dragons are now beings of myth and legend. Wizards and spell casters are a rare sight to all except the most privileged. Elves and Dwarfs have ended their dispute with man and have mostly regressed to their homelands.
Peace is the default for major human cities. Here, rulers can range from Kings to Elected officials. In settlements, the authority has reverted to local Nobility and Clergy who may have but a few knights as protection.
The climate is temperate, but can change on where you go. There are the Frozen Aisles to the North and the Scorched Tundra to the East.
More will be found out during the game!
