There are 6 secrets on this level.
1) 1:24 - as soon as you clear the area with bridges, jump down and crouch under the vertical presses. Make sure to stop after every single one and don't rush. Pick up the secret hallowed health.
2) 1:40 - get back from the previous secret, but don't use the ladder. Instead, crouch under the wall and destroy the grate on the left side. Go inside.
3) 3:16 - as soon as you get the climbing bonus and clear the area, climb to the very top and destroy another grate. There's a secret behind it.
4) 6:26 - after getting the yellow key and killing the invisible enemy, check the barrels near its spawn location. Use the switch behind them. Go through the opened corridor under you.
Soap: 6:46 - inside the previous secret, on the top of the left big crate.
5) 7:17 - you can see the door with switch almost at the bottom of the climbing bonus area. Use the switch and go inside, use the ladder and destroy the floor with the crack near the ladder.
6) 8:44 - when you reach the area with huge spikes and several invisible enemies, clear it and check the right wall at the end of it. Destroy the wall with crack and crouch inside. Watch out, you'll meet a lot of enemies there.
