I recently got this old scaler after seeing it for close to nothing on ebay and it's a very positive surprise. it handles 240p as 240p meaning no weird interlacing on flashing objects and the delay is really low (like nothing really).

It also handles low horizontal rez 480i games (PS2 specifically) quite well (not flawless but it's still very nice). It's heavens better than any no brand chinese scaler.

The only thing I noticed so far is that some games display text and thin horizontal lines weirdly (guardian heroes for example). some games have it other dont, from what I've read it's the fault of certain games/systems rather than the scaler itself, some scalers just happen to handle it better.

I'll show more examples later and probably do a video on the scaler itself since as far as I'm concerned this is the best budget option for recording 240p games, it doesn't even hang or hitch when the game changes resolutions(240p to 480i and back)


Edit: I did notice the picture is too green but that's just my transocoder being a sassy bitch, if you stare at it too intensely it changes colors. I fixed that since this video.
