It's time that our dwarfs had a proper place to eat and drink, they really don't like eating without a chair. Building a dining room and setting it as a meeting hall gives a focus point where visitors and unpastured animals will head to. Adding a prepared food, a drink, and a goblet stockpile means that we have everything on hand for them. Engraving the floors and walls makes everything that little bit more fancy!
The tileset that I'm using in this video is Phoebus and the Dwarf Fortress version is 0.47.03.
