47This is Phantom Wings's Dynamic SD Loader code which allows you to load files from the SD card during game play.
As you can plainly see from the video this code isn't done, it is a bit too slow to load files perfectly every time. It will be released when it's done.
I helped a bit but all the credit goes to PW.
