Learn how to make Dynamite Chicken
Dynamite Chicken is made by frying chicken chunks served in a spicy and tangy mayo sauce (Dynamite Sauce). This Chicken Dynamite Recipe is perfect for the appetizer and loved by kids and adults

Dynamite chicken Ingredients:

process 1-- chicken Marination
Chicken 250 gram Boneless
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Soya Sauce 2 spoon
Kashmiri chilli powder 2 spoon
oregano 2 spoon or spices 2 spoon
Salt 2 spoon
Mix well and keep it Aside for half an hour.
Process 2 -- Chicken batter:-
Maida Flour 3 tablespoon
Corn flour 2 tablespoon
Pepper 2 spoon
Salt Needed
Process 3-- MAYONISSE PREPARATION:-
2 Egg White
Mustard powder
Garlic 4 no
Sugar 1 spoon
Salt 1.5 spoon
Sunflower oil Needed
Mix it well using Mixer
Process 4--Dynamite Mayo Sauce preparation:-
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Red Chili Sauce 2 spoon
Tomato Sauce 3 spoon
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder 1 spoon
Mashed garlic needed
Mix well Dynamite Mayo Sauce is done
Process 5- Deep fry the chicken:-
Coat the chicken with flour and 2 egg coating
Deep fry in oil.
Final process:-
Mix the fried chicken in Mayo sauce
That's it Dynamite chicken is prepared and ready to serve...
