This is a sloppy, preliminary speedrun that I decided to record while unlocking the last few characters. Obviously a real speedrun would use a maximized character with the best possible equipment, but that wasn't my intention with this run. I still need to master the quickest way to finish some of the missions, as you'll see here.

Quick tidbits -

Zhao Yun's moveset and a staff weapon is the most balanced combination in the game, as it yields at least a blue level of damage on anything in the game. All officers can be dealt green damage with this set, as well.

Even if the sansetsukon is weak towards half of the game's officers', it's command move is still optimal for breaking their guards, allowing for a free combo, as I demonstrate here.
