A few things going on here:
Titanium Glass to Plane Filters
Interestingly the factory ratio was 5 to 12. Sadly I threw out direct inserting because 5x4=20 sorters (to make them all go equally in 12 factories) was less efficient than having drop/pick-up through belts (5+12=17 sorters)
Plane Filters to Quantum Chips
The lengths of assembler rows (60) were the same so it made sense to just have the one right below the other. This even helped the ILS situation which I mention.
