0First up: I found the issue causing screen-tear. It was not Dyson Sphere Program, it was Windows spontaneously deciding that my monitor could only handle 30fps. Dammit Microsoft! Apologies developers.
We are starting preparations to make a local Dyson Sphere: after 42 hours of play it is long past due. Should have gotten one up and running within 20 hours, however I was not focused on that. Now that we are starting to have power restrictions and brownouts, it's time.
Part of that preparation is getting more serious about proliferation. Since we have the Dark Fog toys, it's a good time to make a compact build which should handle all our Blue Proliferation needs for a good long time. This simple build will make just over 28 Blue Proliferate per second: plenty for our purposes.
