E0S1 Acheron with Pseudo-Sustain E2 Welt
1I don't see that much pseudo-sustain Welts being showcased so here's one I did for reference. My Welt is E2 but the builds would be the same regardless.
He's 161 speed and 64% EHR on S5 Eyes of the Prey. The set bonuses aren't even ideal because he's using 2pc Wastelander and 2pc Messenger. I don't have any bonus from the rope and sphere either, just find an ER rope.
My pela has the same priority with substats. High speed 160+ and EHR of around 57%. Set bonuses are not needed, but energy recharge bonuses on planar ornaments are nice to have. ER rope too.
Ruan Mei is the typical 160% BE and the speed is about 140. She's on 4pc thief and 2pc Penacony. ERR rope.
Basically, the whole strategy is just to ensure you take a turn before they move with all of the slows and delays. The team works very cohesively as they complement each other.
