Microsoft has just announced Project Spark at its E3 conference.

Project Spark is a fantasy-themed action game that allows players to make their own worlds and enemies, in what looks like a kind of 3D LittleBigPlanet on a much, much larger scale. It uses both Kinect and Smartglass.

These worlds can be used to make games, essentially, which can be shared with friends. Once downloaded, your worlds can then be remixed. It looks kinda cool.
