It all began in 1991, when a small team of programmers at the Electronic Arts Sports Network decided to make a hockey game to go along with their football title. It was called NHL Hockey, and was a Sega Genesis exclusive. Overseas, in Mega Drive territory, it was called EA Hockey due to a lack of an NHL license. And thus, began the NHL Hockey video game series, which has become the top name in the genre of hockey video games for three whole decades. This is my tribute to 30 years of EA Hockey.

Songs played: "Tears Don't Fall" and "Eye of the Storm" by Bullet For My Valentine. All music and videos belong to their respective owners. I take no ownership of them.
