+ Certain stages have great looking backgrounds
+ A variety of interesting levels
+ A mix of gameplay, it's not all just shooting sometimes you have to survive a barrage of asteroids, one mission you are stuck in a wormhole, etc.
+ A mix of special abilities like rockets, healing, and an electromagnetic field
+ You can upgrade your main gun with power-ups
This game is in Early Access so don't take these negatives too seriously
- The story is lacking, kind of hard to tell what the premise is besides "kill the A.I."
- Too much text dialogue during gameplay, it's very hard to read while shooting at enemies
- There's 3 ships but they vary "slightly" in movement speed, and shields... It would be neat if they each had unique abilities and weapons.
- Kind of lackluster endings to each level, it would be nice if there was some sort of reward or upgrade system for completing each mission.
