Picked up this game for $20 on steam while reading some posts in the steam home page for End State. The game essentially is like XCOM but with a speed mechanic in which both the enemy NPC and one of your units will go into a shootout depending on who is faster will be the first one shooting. However if they miss and you hit them even though they are faster you'll survive ( watch out pointblank range they will kill you) More in the video Above
