First ever gym vlog let me know what you think. Lowkey was surprised I didn't lose much strength on my bench. Before my injury my max was 300. I know i barely got 2 on 235 but my strength in reps is quite strange. Like I could get 275 before my injury for one maybe two but only 225 for 6. But i train mostly for bodybuilding aesthetics anyway so who really cares. Also gonna be starting the bulk from here on out. Hopefully I can eat enough to reach my weight goals and then get shredded this summer. Hope to make more of these gym vlogs if you guys enjoy them.
