After two wasted sub 28 RTA (one with a recording issue one crushed by an asshole drone that refused to die) I got a run that was actually fast.

M1, after a bunch of testing I'm fairly sure the spawn speed is RNG, not by much and not relevant outside the first three waves but still able to lose few seconds on each wave, last wave I figured getting the building out of the way on the largest group is the best use of the first missile volley and better than waiting for actual targets
M2, tweaked the strats more, having the first four groups dead as fast as possible as well as the ally mechs is the important part, then you wanna end up mid air with 300-350 energy then dash spam back to near the one pylon inbetween the last two groups and intentionally trigger emergency refill, if done well you're above half energy once the second to last group spawns.
M3 has no special tricks but handling the last wave in the specific order I did is extremely safe and within 1-3 seconds of peak times using a very unsafe strat or a better loadout, I call that good enough.
M4, no change
M5, same but more aggressive on the Raijin
M6, no changes either
M7, was wondering if 4 rolls could work better for positioning but it's not really
M8, is sort of a mystery, I managed to get weird spawns that are very fast a couple times, I actually wonder if keeping 5 frogs alive till the ants are dead is worth considering, the group behind is a good candidate for that as it seems to not be very smart when it comes to taking cover and being annoying to clean up
M9, once on the left, twice on the right, once on the left, thrice on the right, repeat till everything dead dead
M10, found an angle that allows pre firing some missiles on the first two transports, getting more buildings out of the way for the second wave of transports is very helpful and killing them all with the blazer is very fast
M11, got some very interesting results by firing one Raijin on silver spiders spawn, sometimes the ant spawn even faster than that
M12, no real change here, killing more Aranea before going down is maybe doable, potentially a few seconds faster
M13, the 2nd and 3rd wave is faster in that order, getting the early spawn for the last wave by focusing the background frogs is the key to going fast
M14, experimented real hard and surprisingly not much to be gained here with a different loadout, going down in the rice paddies is worth it just to avoid grouping up with anyone that like catching missiles, destroying the two pylons is maybe worth it but it doesn't lose time so it's fine
M15, no specific changes except being very careful about drone behind you once you kill the damn fortress, not sure exactly why I got it to be that fast, especially after an earlier 6 second gold split
