3A meteor lands in the town of Onett and has the whole town in an uproar. Ness sets out in the middle of the night to investigate only to find his neighbor Pokey interfering with the local police investigation. Then an alien insect emerges from the meteor informing Ness that he along with 3 other kids are destined to save the world. The next day Onett is over run by punks from the arcade.
