Requirements:
Watch Fuzzy pickles cutscene outside house beforehand.
Save with phone in Ness' house. (You might want to save left side of phone so dog doesn't block your way)
Not necessary but using file 1 is easiest to perform this manipulation. (See note if you're willing to use file 2 or 3)

Process:
1) Save/Reset, Select file 1 without any d-pad input.
2) Go to door, press L once underneath sofa then exit house. (Don't go down too much to touch black boundary or don't go up too much to enter the door. it'll change rng)
3) Immediately go back to the house (Mash up is best way to do)
4) Leave house again
5) Wait until an enemy symbol gets into fence then do inputs. (1x Talk to, 2x AB then A + 2 cursors + B)
6) Walk left a bit then go down.

Notes (Assuming the cursor is on file 1 after closing game logo screen)
If you want to use file 2 or 3, change inputs accordingly.
file 2:
Press down, A, A to load the file. Replace press L once with A, down, 3x A+B (open/close PSI menu three times), B then leave the house. Continue with process 3)
file 3:
Press up, A, A to load the file. Rest executions are same as file 2.

If you want more ribbons, save at house, reset then follow same process again.
