Easy Cyser Comparison - Meadventure
Another Meadventure! This time we're taking some store bought apple juice, making it into a cider, and then we're going to add honey and yeast, and let it ferment into a cider-mead, better known as a Cyser! We're also making it a comparison video to see how two different batches ferment.
-In batch 1 (titled carboi): We're leaving it as mixed. Trying to make it as easy as possible.
-In batch 2 (titled bucketboi): we're going to use a fermentation bucket for the primary fermentation, and add some pectic enzyme to reduce pectin haze. and then re-wrack to a carboy once it's does in primary.
The primary fermentation began 19 October 2019, and the secondary fermentation began 9 November 2019.
