There's not really much to add to in the description here. But yeah, by alternating Cursed Prey and Miserable Heart, you can keep debuffs like Bind on an enemy indefinitely. As long as you stagger them out and wait to use one while the other is about 50% recharged. If you use one right after the other, well that's a waste for one thing, and for another it will probably get rid of the enemy's debuffs altogether.
