Hey Everybody!
Today we are making a super simple pasta dish but we are also going to make a perfect chicken cutlet because why not make a meal that will make you take a nap immediately?
This is a bare-bones Alfredo sauce no bells or whistles here just having the cheese and cream stand tall in this still delicious dish.

For the chicken cutlets
4 eggs beaten
panko bread crumbs
flour
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
Italian seasoning

1 - Dip chicken cutlets in eggs
2 - then seasoned flour
3 - back to the eggs
4 - then right into the panko
5 - press the panko into the chicken to fully coat
6 - fry in oil on both sides until golden brown perfection
7 - let cool on a rack, when the sauce is ready steal some out of the pot and put it on top of the chicken and top with cheese, and bake in a 400-degree oven until cheese starts to brown on top.


Alfredo sauce (amount is for 9 ounces of cooked pasta)
-2 tablespoons of butter
-1 and a half cups of heavy cream (total)
-3/4th cup of grated pecorino romano (minimum)
-pinch of nutmeg (optional)
-1 package of fettuccine noodles (9 ounces)
-1/4th cup of pasta water
-salt and pepper

1 - melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 1 cup of cream over low heat until reduced by at least 1/3 cup (10-15 minutes)
2 - next add the remaining cream, salt, pepper, pecorino romano, and nutmeg mix to combine
3 - add in cooked pasta and 1/4th cup of pasta water and toss pasta until coated, the sauce will be thin but when you take it off the heat it will thicken right away, be ready to serve and eat immediately.
