Wow is there a lot to say about this one. God has this thing where with 7 stacks of Poison or 7 stacks of Virus, he will defend and increase his defensive buffs to 100 and get the Defend and Bless statuses. The first turn we use Mother Earth to intentionally trigger this, along with Black Hole for a bit of extra damage and to inflict Heavy which we'll want later, and 7th Heaven to get buffs up since they'll stay up because of the Epic Status giving constant buffs. We then need Anna to survive an attack, which her equips let her do most of the time as well as guaranteeing Mother Earth hits and poisons, and after that it should be all of the RNG in the strategy out of the way.

Second turn, we put up an accuracy buff on Matt along with Enchanting God so that we can guarantee the Giga Drills will hit and do quite a bit of damage, which the Heavy we inflicted earlier helps add to. Burgers are purchasable in shop, and we use it to reset the cooldown on Giga Drill so we can use two of them on God. At this point, it should get him his limit break so that it forces him to lose all of his turn using it, which we want since he's not using attacks when he uses his limit break.

Next turn, we have Anna still alive and with Crossbone Pin use Combo Shot to guarantee inflicting 6 stacks of Curse, as God will eat bacon at 6 stacks of either Curse, Weaken, or Tired, or any amount of Syphon. Next we encore her to throw her in backup since we don't need her and can afford to lose her to the Spirit Bomb. We use Red Flybot to reverse the defensive buffs on God for next turn, and an Angel Mirror so that the characters in the front are immune to the limit break. The limit break landing takes up one of God's two turns, and eating bacon takes the other.

Fourth turn, it's time to get the kill. The flairs on Natalie are to give a slight chance of getting weaken when she uses Normal Attack to Enchant God, but it's not necessary. The Pocket Watch on Lance is here to get a chance of an extra turn if it somehow is needed but that's not necessary to have either, it's there as a contingency. Lance's equips make it so the Oblivion he uses does good damage and it's guaranteed to Stagger regardless, which will make make Matt's Cleaver do more than enough damage at minimum to finish off God.
