This very likely isn't guaranteed but it's definitely pretty consistent, everything used in the video is obtainable either before beating Lance or in the dungeon leading up to Valhalla, and it's with everyone at equal levels at the level you would be immediately after beating Lance. Earth's Whisper and Fusion Blade need to be maxed out, most of the rest of the equips don't need to be. The stalling for four turns is to let Curse + Debilitate max debuff Neon Valhalla, all the things done for survival are for making it very hard to have anyone die, sometimes you won't need to do as much as I did. If Neon Valhalla survives turn 4 she doesn't attack on her turn and instead re-summons her attachments, which gives you a perfect opportunity to finish her off if you barely missed the kill. Note that I didn't use any steroids for Lance that I had and didn't use any steroids acquired after Lance or in the mine, and even didn't use some steroids acquired before beating Lance.
