11Normally you can reset them, this one would not reset I think they also reversed polarity as well using wrong charger which could be why it would not reset. This was a 72v version but It should be no different with a potted 60v pack. initially I was gonna do a simple bypass on it but there's no way to access all the grounds. at that point i had cut wires with exposed wire loose and it wouldn't take much trying to forcably remove it to short this pack and cause a fire. The only solution for me was to cut it out. once doing that I was able to remove it, if you have a better solution let's hear it.
