I review the Panhard EBR 90, a tier 9 French wheeled light tank in World of Tanks (WoT), with replays of tier 10 Empire's Border and Ruinberg battles.

The Panhard EBR 90 combines a low profile with superb mobility and camouflage. Its gun provides superb handling but is underwhelming relative to the other tier 9 lights.

+ Superb camouflage
+ Superb gun handling
+ Low profile
+ Large wheels provide protection against HE, HESH, and HEAT
+ High pen HE round (90)
- Very poor silver AP pen (185)
- Very low view range (330)
- Poor gun depression (-6)
- Paper armor
- Low HP (1150)
- Relatively low DPM
- As with all wheeled vehicles, can't turn in place and can be awkward in cramped areas

1. the premium ammo HEAT penetration is 230, not 240 as stated in the video
