Echo Streams - 1000XRESIST: 05 - The Performance of a Lifetime
1So this took several turns, so many that I now feel like I'm upside down. I will say that it was not only really cool to see what Old Town looks like, but also (from my understanding after beating this chapter) a what-if scenario. I also didn't realize until after editing that Watcher's eyes are bandaged, while I'm still unsure as to why (I know I'll find out the "why" in the next chapter) but I noticed that this was the "Other Watcher" we spoke with at the start of the game when we saw all of the main cast. Which is wild thinking about it now. I also found it interesting how The Principle was just unravelling on stage talking to the one who was playing Iris, the fact she had been doing this for over 1000 years did some heavy damage to her mental state with the added loss of the Jiao clone and her sisters from Iris's actions.
It makes me wonder where this will all go, but I have to say that even though with all the twists I am still heavily enjoying this game immensely. The writing in this is top-tier, and the makers of this game deserve all the love and support!
