Another ECL Thursday Weekly went into the books last Thursday (of course). For those new, the Eternal Community League (ECL for short) is a new tournament circuit that's been put together by the team I'm on: The Great Parliament. The weekly tournaments are a best of 3 Swiss format only, with no cut to top 8 or anything like that. But, whoever has the best record/most points at the end of the Swiss wins the tournament. These tournaments do lead up to the ECL Invitational, an invite only tournament based on who has earned the most points in the season. The Invitational does have a cash prize pool.

After a lackluster performance in week 2 (it's not uploaded to the channel if you didn't notice), I tried my hand again this time with BruisedByGod's Big Elysian deck, a midrange deck piloted to a first place finish at the ETS weekly a few weeks back by childroland.

And we meet again: my opponent for the final round is none other than BassoonBuffoon, who is on a spicy Feln Control list. It's got Lethrai Provocateurs and Shadowlands Feasters with a lot of Dark Returns to bring back stolen units. Need I say more? Anyway, we've clashed on ladder many times and most of those games I've lost. We've met in the ECL before where I lost. I want to finally pull a win against him for once. Let's see if I can pay him back.
