Changes coming to Eclipse: Second Dawn for the Galaxy: MORE TO BE REVEALED DURING CAMPAIGN

Rule changes:
- Discoveries can be claimed without placing an Influence Disc when:
- Exploring and placing a new hex
- destroying all Ancient(s) / GCDS in a hex (end of Combat Phase)
- first player to pass receives 2 Money
- 8 rounds
- one INFluence action may not be used in the same hex twice
- If you have Diplomatic relations with another player, you may move ​through​ his empty hexes (ie. hexes without a Ship). If you have Ships in another player’s hex at the end of your action is considered an
attack.
- player elimination when all discs and Ships removed from the board: same as bankruptcy

Species changes:
- Eridani: 1 external energy on Interceptor & Cruiser
- Orion: start: 4 Materials
- Planta: start: 2 Money & 3 Science; home system: NO money
- Descendants: start: Fusion Drive technology
- Terran: start: 3 Money & 4 Materials
- Orbital cost: 4 Materials, Mechanema 3 Materials

Hexes​:
- Base game hexes: some are tweaked
- Outposts: same as RotA Ancient homeworlds
- Galactic Center hex: grey population squares replaced with Money squares
