In case Magisk do not update automatically the database of apps on wich you granted root permissions, you can do like in this video to add the permission manually. This is a temporary fix when Magisk forget to which app you granted root permission after reboot.

Update:
Not more necessary, i found a better fix and is on second post of this forum thread.
