Editing Heightmaps Maptoolz Part 3 | 7dtd map editing software 2022

In this video I demonstrate how to set up layers in your photo editing app and how to set different brush densities that will help make map editing easier. We then test out making changes to our heightmap and take a look at the results in the game.
Removing mountains, changing map border and adding rivers using Maptoolz and GIMP.

Maptoolz allows you to extract and edit biomes, heightmaps and roads in a 7 days to die map. It can be used on RWG maps or maps made using KingGen, Nitrogen or Teragon. Improve biome placement, draw new roads to your favourite poi, cut paths through mountains. No alpha layers to deal with which makes map making workflow very efficient.
