Get ready for a wild ride in El Paso, Elsewhere, the neo-noir shooter from Strange Scaffold (Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator) about love, addiction, and battling monstrous creatures. Fresh from its first playable demo at GDC, we're excited to share 7 minutes of action-packed gameplay set in the warped reality miles below a motel in El Paso, Texas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VJdA9Mg6Ns
Described as a "beautifully haunting story of love, loss, and redemption" by The Verge and a "hell-raising, supernatural melodrama" by Digital Trends, El Paso, Elsewhere lets you dive headfirst into a world of strange, labyrinthian areas filled with terrifying creatures. In this level playthrough, witness the nonstop action taking place between rows of distorted bathroom stalls as protagonist James Savage dispatches monsters with dual pistols, a deadly shotgun, and badass slo-mo diving.
Join James Savage on a mission to stop his former love, the vampire lord Draculae, from completing a ritual that would end the world. As players guide Savage through dozens of twisted floors beneath the motel, they'll not only battle the monsters in their path but also confront Savage's haunting memories of his old life and relationship.
El Paso, Elsewhere, lead designer Xalavier Nelson Jr's most ambitious game to date, is set to release this Fall on Xbox and PC.
