Normally this enemy is very dangerous but apparently after you knock him down the first time two fully charged R2s on his heels is enough to stunlock him.

He actually has a surprisingly complex moveset and with over 10000 HP he'd be difficult in most situations but I guess I just got into a rhythm to stunlock him.

3000 runes isn't much but the artifact he guards provides you with constant regeneration so I'd say it's pretty good.
