W level 1 (take E if you are the ones invading and you need the slow as Q is hard to use to catch someone faster)
E level 2 (take Q if you cannot win at all level 2, if it is evenish E slow + easier Electrocute proc will make your level 2 very good)
Max: E-W-Q
Always put points in R when you can

Always start Spelltheives (gives all the stats you want + Nami is good at getting the quest. Note: don't greed/die for the quest)
Rush Mandate (if game is chaotic, can get Lucidity boots first to help you run around and get to all the fighting)
