ELEX - Developed by Piranha Bytes
The Verdict on OpNoobs.com:
You might feel tempted to go into Elex thinking that you can experience it the way you experienced Gothic I, but the truth is, you can’t. In the end, the year is still 2017 and there are new expectations for games. Piranha Bytes fans who simply want another one of their games with an updated aesthetic probably won’t be disappointed, and Elex makes it is clear that Piranha Bytes isn’t just trying to cash in on a once-popular approach to their previous franchises. However, the game’s issues cannot be brushed aside by the fact that they were also present in previous games; it has been nearly two decades since Piranha Bytes published its first game, yet many of the same issues are still present, and that is a problem.
