Elite Alliance Music Making False Takedown Requests In Response To Appealing Fair Use Pixelbay
1I have been told the music is copyright free under pixelbay licence for cosmo cheats at poker for a video, it's highly transformative content and there was no takedown requests or strike initially yet filing an appeal resulted in this even though youtube's own process states it will not result in this, the game devs state there will be no copyright issues yet this is threatening my entire youtube account, there is evidence that elite alliance music makes false takedown requests and claims but nothing is done the entire youtube appeals process is just in the hands of elite alliance music never seen by youtube at all this is not right.
