The first glimpse and Elite Dangerous Odyssey’s taxi service was recently shown, and Frontier have revealed the PC Hardware Specs for the Odyssey Alpha. Apex Interstellar then is available on all space stations, outposts and ground bases. According to PC Gamer, it can taxis can also be summoned whilst “in the middle of some backwater rock.”, however I haven’t seen a source for that particular part.
