You'll see a set of double doors with an opening above them. Walk over to it and hit the TRIANGLE button when prompted to boost Riley inside. She'll then open the door for you, giving you access to a costume shop.
Riley will jump out at you with a clown mask on before showing Ellie a wolf mask on a nearby shelf. Put it on and then participate in the QTE coming up. When you regain control, get ready to hit a ton of Optional Conversations.
