It's a scary place, full of plots, murder and skullduggery, but it does have something that will help us in our Empire building goals.
We continue to grab a few counties here and there across Ireland and Scotland and then there is the most fortunate arrival of someone with a splendid claim on an entire Scottish Duchy!
King Raedwald the Second proves to be a most splendid architect and carries out a huge building project across the Kingdom of Cupboard, upgrading our castles and improving buildings, meaning that our levies and our income are looking excellent.
However there is a somewhat unfortunate moment when the Pope decides he really, really doesn't like us any more...
