Emily Blunt reveals what she loves most about the thriller A Quiet Place, saying it doesn't show the audience all its cards, calling it "smart and really ambitious" and unlike anything else she's ever seen. She talks about how her husband and co-star John Krasinski was writing the screenplay when their youngest was four months old, and the idea of having to protect the children really resonated with both of them. She says she felt protected herself during filming because John was at the helm of the production and reveals that John always makes her feel valued creatively. Finally, she praises the child actors who played their kids.
