Liminal space: Commercial mall or convention center for backroom vibes!
"I should probably be heading home...
Nothing should be required as it should all be packed into the bsp. The map file itself should be "gm_liminal_commercial", minus the quotation marks.
Be aware that despite attempts to prevent conflicts, other workshop items might still conflict with assets used in the map.

Multiple spawns on the top level and the bottom level

Maintenance halls and backrooms

Multiple open concourses
This was made in a week, inspired by several places I am personally familiar with along with a number of famous liminal photos. My goal was to create a realistic world with a dream like feeling. Which I think I accomplished with some small details and ideas surrounding the functionality and design of certain parts of the map, as well as through lighting.
As well, with others rightly pointing out some of the issues with assets I used in other maps, I figured I would use this as an opportunity to explore other options and to really test out the look and feel of a cohesive style of assets. And I think this really worked out. It was certainly easier to get the ones used here than some of the other ones used.
Also, thanks to some supportive friends giving some critiques, I think this one turned out pretty well. Especially given the timeframe."
