Proof that it is possible to do end game missions with the Hammerhead / Rasputin in Rebel Galaxy. You can finish the complete story playthrough with just the starter ship, if you upgrade all components and weapons to the best in slot that are available to you at the time. The only thing I found impossible to do are escort / rescue missions because it takes too long to take out the enemies before the ship gets shot down that you are supposed to protect / safe. But if you just upgrade to the Barracuda, your firepower should be enough again, to do those missions. The Barracuda is similarly as fast as the Hammerhead. One thing to note: I believe the value / reward of missions is calculated based on your ship's value. So you probably won't even get the kind of mission rewards I showed in the video. I got these missions because I accepted them before selling my more expensive ship and buying the Hammerhead.
