FIXED - I fixed this problem by going to BIOS and switching SATA operation to - ACHI

Dell Precision 7710 blue screen of death loop
Endless Stop Code: BAD_POOL_CALLER
Steps I did trying to fix this problem:
1. Update BIOS to latest Dell Precision Version: 1.17.7 ,1.17.7 31 May 2019
2. Install fresh clean Windows 10 1903
3. Restore BIOS settings to default
4. Install latest Nvidia Quadro M4000M drivers 430.86
5. Install the Dell 7710 recommended Nvidia Quadro M4000M drivers Version: 21.21.13.7586 ,A01
