We haven't been a soldier for very long when an underground agency called "Alpha Protocol" decided to recruit us. They test our military skills as well as our psychological skills and all of a sudden we are send to Saudi Arabia to recover missiles stolen from Halbech, a military company in the United States.

Three months later we find ourselves in a interrogation room with Halbech's CEO Henry Leland, who blames us for everything that happened.
But what exactly did happen to us and to Alpha Protocol in these three months?
